Our privately owned villa is spacious and beautifully appointed and has a south facing swimming pool. It is ideally located, four miles from Disney and three minutes from a wide selection of shops and restaurants. Orlando International Airport is just a twenty five minute drive away. Our villa is situated in the fabulous Windsor Palms Resort which is acknowledged as being one of the leading gated resort communities in the Disney vicinity. Indeed Windsor Palms has recently featured on the BBC programs ' A Place in the Sun' and 'You Call the Shots' . The house has undergone a significant renovation. We have upgraded the furniture throughout in a sleek contemporary style; we have installed a games room with pool table & air hockey; we have upgraded the TVs with a 47" HD TV with DVD & Wii in the living room and flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, we have repainted the interior, exterior and pool deck, and have updated the kitchen to feature a granite worktop

Our Villa

Our villa is decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Being at the end of a cul de sac and not overlooked to the rear, it has a great position within Windsor Palms. The villa is a short stroll to the club house. Compared with staying in a hotel, staying in our villa provides a terrific sense of space and a wonderful sense of freedom - getting up in the morning and taking coffee overlooking your private pool, eating in or dining out depending on your mood. With prices ranging from US$174 to US$222 per night (based on weekly rates, including utilities and 13% tax), it is also surprisingly affordable and represents great value for money compared with hotel rates.

Apart from the main three parks (Disney, Universal, Sea World), there are numerous other attractions such as Busch Gardens , Wet n' Wild, Gatorland and even Airboat rides! Our villa is convenient for all the main attractions and is within an easy drive of the gulf coast beaches and the Kennedy Space centre. The renowned Mystic Dunes Golf Course is located very close to Windsor Palms and there are wonderful Shopping Malls and Factory Outlets in close proximity. All of these activities, combined with wonderful climate means there is never any shortage of activities!
